Free shipping to the lower 48 United States, only. At this time, no shipping option offered to Alaska, Hawaii or International orders.
 
Fresh flowers are shipped by FedEx Express.  Delivery days are Tuesday – Friday. Special request for Saturday delivery have a $15 per box fee. No deliveries on Mondays or Sundays is offered. Deliveries to a business address should arrive by 10:30 AM and residential deliveries by 5:00 PM.

On most metropolitan residential deliveries, shipments will arrive by 1:00 PM. No delivery is possible on holidays or the day after a holiday. For example, no delivery on the July 4th or July 5th, December 25th or December 26th, January 1st or January 2nd. This applies to all major and federal holidays. The day before your fresh flower order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email to assist you in tracking your shipment. To ensure our fresh flower quality guarantee, you or someone must sign for the shipment upon delivery. Please ensure you or someone is available to receive the shipment.

No signature on the delivery receipt voids any flowers quality guarantee as we are not responsible for perishable flowers left outside your door. In the event, you miss your delivery; call FedEx with your tracking number to reschedule delivery. We are not responsible for any carrier delays due to weather or any other reason, including the buyer entering incorrect or incomplete delivery address. FedEx has a fee of $20 for updating the shipping address or redirecting the shipment to a different address. Should an address correction be needed after shipment is in the carrier’s hands, the $20 fee will be billed to the buyer. To avoid this, please ensure you enter your order's shipping address correctly and review it before submitting it. Please ensure to include a good contact number with your order in case FedEx has to contact you. We are not responsible for any shipments left outside your door, resulting in theft, damaged, or poor quality as a result of a perishable product being left outside. We’re not responsible for carrier's shipping delays, weather delays or acts of God beyond our control. We provide fresh flower care instructions on our website and not held responsible for poor quality flowers due to customer neglect, leaving the flowers in extreme temperatures, not cutting stems and placing flowers in water, not re cutting and changing the water to extend product life every 2-3 days.
